Questions & answers
Does it cost anything to send a request?
No. Sending a request is free and you are under no obligation to buy. We tell you the price first, and you decide.
How long does it take?
You get an email with your request number straight away. How long the search takes depends on the book: rare and out-of-print titles can take longer. We keep you posted either way.
Can you find used or out-of-print books?
Often, yes. Alongside new books we look for pre-owned copies in good condition. Just choose “New or pre-owned” in the form.
How will I know when you find it?
We contact you the way you choose in the form (WhatsApp, a phone call or email) with the price, the condition and how to order it.
Do you deliver requested books outside Egypt?
Yes. A requested book is delivered like any other order: to every governorate in Egypt and to most countries. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I request more than one book?
Yes. Send one request per title, so we can follow each book separately. For bulk orders for a school, a library or an organisation, contact us.
