Pay online in advance and save 3%

Pay securely by card or other electronic payment methods, or by bank transfer. To encourage safe digital payments, customers in Egypt get an instant 3% discount on their products when they pay in advance by any method other than cash on delivery. The discount is applied to your products before shipping is added, and it does not apply to the shipping cost.

Cash on delivery (Egypt only)

Available for orders from 200 EGP up to 3,000 EGP, in line with our local carriers’ rules.
A 10 EGP service fee is added and shown in your order summary.
You pay the full amount in cash to the courier when your order arrives.
We may withdraw cash on delivery from accounts that refuse their deliveries without a valid reason.

Cash on delivery with a deposit Coming soon

For orders in Egypt over 3,000 EGP, you will be able to pay 30% of your order in advance and the rest in cash when it arrives. This option will appear at checkout in place of standard cash on delivery once your order is above 3,000 EGP. The 10 EGP cash on delivery fee applies.

Build your library in installments Coming soon

We are working with payment providers to let you build your library with monthly installments. The service will be available in Egypt first, under the terms of the financing provider, and we will announce more countries as they open.

Paying from outside Egypt

Orders from outside Egypt are paid online in advance. Prices are shown in Saudi riyals in Saudi Arabia and in US dollars everywhere else, and the amount you see at checkout, including shipping to your location, is the amount you pay.

Payment security

Online payments go through certified local and international payment gateways, and we never store your full card number. To protect our customers and the store, we may stop or cancel any purchase our security systems flag as suspicious. If fraud is confirmed, the transaction is rejected and any amount paid is returned to the original payment method.

Refunds

Online payments are refunded to the card you paid with. Cash on delivery orders are refunded as store credit in your Hawamech account or to a local e-wallet. See our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
