The Hundred Gifts for Mastering the Quran like Al-Fatiha

I have committed myself to making the first and last source of this book’s material my own modest practical experience in teaching and helping others memorise the Book of God over more than thirteen years, and nothing else. I then took great care to keep the book brief, concise and condensed, far removed from the oft-repeated, well-worn talk about memorising and reviewing the Holy Quran, and also steering clear of the matters that almost no book on Quran memorisation omits, such as sincerity, supplication, certainty, reliance on God, seeking forgiveness and sincere recourse to God, and so on. This is not because these matters are unimportant; they are more important than the act of memorisation itself, and a would-be memoriser who lacks them will find his memorisation a burden upon him. Rather, it is because they are well known to everyone, and realising them is an obligation in all of a Muslim’s deeds and conduct, not only in memorising the Quran. Nevertheless, I have referred the reader to some very important books that cover the aspects I have passed over briefly, so as to proceed directly to the intended subject, God willing.
