How it works

Step 1

Join

Create a free Hawamech account. Your points are saved there automatically. Ordered as a guest before? Sign up with the same email and your points will follow you.

Step 2

Earn

Get 1 point for every 10 EGP you spend on products, or the same amount in your currency. Points are added once your order is delivered.

Step 3

Spend

100 points are worth 10 EGP, or the same amount in your currency. Use them for a discount at checkout or turn them into a gift card.

Ways to earn

What you do	What you get

Points are earned on products only. Shipping, service fees, gift cards and the part of an order paid with a gift card do not earn points. Send your Facebook review, video or donation proof from My Account > Loyalty Points; the points are added once our team approves it.

Membership levels

The more you read, the more you earn. Your level depends on your lifetime points, meaning every point you have ever earned, including the ones you have spent.

Silver	1,000	+10%
Gold	5,000	+25%
Platinum	15,000	+50%

Good to know

Points are valid for 180 days from the day you earn them.
Points are added once your order is delivered, whatever the payment method. Until then you see them as pending in My Account.
Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
If an order is cancelled or refunded, the points earned on it (including its bonuses) are removed and any points you used on it are returned to you.
We may update the programme from time to time. The latest rules are always on this page and in our Terms & Conditions.
